These are the terms on which you use this website and send a request to stay. They were last updated on 5 September 2026.

What this site is

Stay With Salus lists serviced apartments and puts your request in front of the operator who runs the one you have chosen. The apartment is let to you by that operator, not by us. Your agreement for the stay itself, including the price you pay, the deposit if there is one and the cancellation terms, is between you and them, and they will set those out when they accept.

Requests and confirmation

Sending a request is not a booking and does not hold the apartment. The operator accepts or declines, and we ask them to do so within the hour. An apartment is only yours once the operator has confirmed it to you in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

Rates and availability

Nightly rates shown are a guide and are the rate at the time of publication. They can move with the season, the length of stay and the number of guests, and the rate that applies is the one the operator confirms. We keep availability and detail as current as we can but do not warrant that every listing is accurate at every moment.

Payment

No payment is taken on this website and no card or bank details are collected here. If anyone asks you to pay through this site, it is not us. Payment is arranged with the operator after they confirm.

The apartments

Every operator in the network is checked before a single apartment is listed. Photographs show the apartment or, where a building holds several of the same type, an apartment of that type; the listing says which. The exact address is given once the operator confirms your stay.

Using the site

You may use this site to look for and enquire about somewhere to stay. You may not scrape it, copy its content or photographs, or use it to send unsolicited messages to the operators. The text, photographs and design belong to Salus Group.

If something goes wrong

Raise it with the operator first, because the stay is theirs to put right. If that does not resolve it, write to us at enquiries@salusliving.co.uk and we will take it up. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme and are covered by The Property Ombudsman, and you are entitled to take a dispute to them.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our responsibility is for running this website and passing on your request, and not for the conduct of a stay let to you by an operator.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
