Smart-lock check-in took seconds and we were straight in. The two bathrooms was the highlight, no morning queue with the family, and the city views were lovely. Sharper kitchen knives would be my one tiny request. Thank you, a genuinely easy, comfortable stay.

Fantastic city centre base right on New Street, and the curved windows give a proper view over Birmingham. The kitchen had everything I needed for a few morning fry-ups and the Wi-Fi was quick enough for work calls.
