Who is responsible

Salus Group is the data controller for this website. The named contact is Adrian Keller, Operations Director, and you can reach us at enquiries@salusliving.co.uk or on WhatsApp at 07440 521773.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference C1830689, held under our Salus Living registration.

What we collect

When you send a request to stay we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the dates and the apartment you are asking about, and anything you choose to write in the message. If you sign up for new apartments by email we collect that address and nothing else.

We never ask for card or bank details on this website. A request to stay takes no payment. If the operator accepts, payment is arranged with them directly and afterwards.

Why we hold it

To pass your request to the operator running that apartment so they can answer it, to reply to you ourselves, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We rely on legitimate interest for handling an enquiry you have sent us, and on your consent for the email list, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who sees it

Your request is shared with the operator of the apartment you asked about, because they are the person who answers it and runs your stay. It is also handled by the technical services we use to run this site and our email. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us. Where a stay goes ahead, records connected to it are kept for six years, which is the period we are expected to be able to account for a transaction. Email list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to enquiries@salusliving.co.uk and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
