Why is it a request, not an instant booking?
Salus Living is a platform of vetted operators — a bit like Airbnb, but every listing is run by a professional short-let operator we've onboarded. When you send a request, the operator running that specific listing confirms availability and accepts the booking. They have one hour to respond; in practice most reply inside fifteen minutes. If they decline, you're not charged a penny and we'll suggest a near-match in the same building.
What if the operator doesn't respond within the hour?
Our ops team takes over automatically. If an operator hasn't responded by the one-hour mark, we step in, allocate a comparable listing from a partner operator (same building or same neighbourhood, same spec or better) and confirm immediately. You won't be left waiting.
Is the apartment shown in the photos the exact one I'll get?
Our operators run several units per building, all furnished to the same specification. The photos shown are taken by our team and gently enhanced with AI to keep image quality and lighting consistent across the brand — so the unit you book is to the spec you see, in the building you see, even if the precise apartment number is allocated on confirmation. Every listing is a live unit, and the building & location are 100% accurate.
What's the minimum stay?
Two nights across all listings. For long stays of 28+ nights, operators apply automatic discounts (typically 15%) and we can broker a bespoke quote if you're staying multiple months — corporate relocations welcome.
How do I check in?
Smart-lock self check-in across all eight cities. Access codes and a building-specific arrival pack are emailed 24 hours before your check-in date. Standard check-in is 3pm; early check-in usually available on request.
What's included in the price?
All bills (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi), full linen and towel set, kitchen starter pack (tea, coffee, oil, basics), end-of-stay clean. The cleaning fee shown at checkout is one-off, not per-day.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 7 days: first-night charge. Within 48 hours: full booking value. Long-stays (14+ nights) have separate terms — see your booking confirmation.
Do you do corporate / group bookings?
